One day while visiting my grandfather’s grave I passed a headstone that read “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.” We would like to dedicate this page to the loved ones of our campers and our counselors alike. Below you will find a picture of Sue “Mama Sue” Heth who lived a full life from December 8, 1943 to August 12, 2008. Many of you may remember seeing Mama Sue rolling around camp on her scooter, always with a smile on her face and warm hello for everyone she met. Mama Sue may not physically be there with us this year but her memory can never be stolen from the hearts of those who met her at Camp Conquer.
As well as Mama Sue we would like to honor your loved ones as well, please send a picture with a few words about your loved one to the e-mail link below. Once received we will post the picture and your thoughts on this page as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to remember not only your loved ones but, the loved ones of others who are facing grief along with you. campconquer@yahoo.com
